One of the things that differentiates Integra from other organizations is the way we do things. Our organizational values have not only sustained our growth and evolution; these have earned us pride and respect. As we continue to build our future in an even more demanding regulatory environment, we must continue to uphold the highest ethical standards, both in our operations and in our behavior. But this is not just about compliance. It is more about doing the right things, the right way. To guide us in this effort, Integra has adopted a Code of Business Ethics, which applies to all its directors, officers and Employees, regardless of their position, business affiliation or location. It lays down the principles that must guide our conduct and explains how we can practically apply them in our jobs and in our relationships with others – our customers, colleagues, the authorities and the media.

The extent to which we are governed by unwavering ethical standards will determine not only our success in the global marketplace, but also our reputation. All great and long-lasting relationships are built on trust. Let us make trust and integrity the foundation for all that we do, and there are no limits to what we can achieve.
